The 30 acre green park is an ideal facility for these workshops that use an effective combination of creative tools like poetry, photography, painting, theatre, music, dance and other art forms to help the participants.

Further, in a workshop where we are trying to understand a creative process, we are very flexible about conducting the workshop. While the expected durations are defined for each workshop - we retain the option of extending the duration in line with the flow and participants involvement during the workshops.

The ideal group size for any workshop is 20 with participants coming in from similar profiles / backgrounds or experience within the organisation.

Manju Bajaj

Manju has been supporting initiatives aimed at addressing gender based inequality and instances of sex based discrimination and harassment at workplaces.

When working as a part of the Internal Complaints Committee at an Organisation - she deals exclusively with the problem of sexual harassment at workplaces for women.

She assists in putting in place mechanisms to prevent or deter the commission of acts of sexual harassment and to provide the procedures for the resolution, settlement or prosecution of acts of sexual harassment by taking all steps required.

Shaily Bhashanjaly

Shaily has done her Doctorate in Sociology and also holds a Degree in Management. She has over 15 years of teaching experience in Management colleges, Institutes, has been a guest lecturer in JMC, Delhi University and has written extensively on areas related to her core competency and expertise. Published works - Sociology course units, IGNOU; articles in magazines.

Her consulting interests are in the areas of Gender, inter-personal dynamics, culture, change and development and other sociological concerns.

In the early years of her career, she has worked at the grassroots in projects related to women and children undertaken by NGOs - 'Guild of Service', 'Bal Sahyog'.

She also regularly anchors live radio shows on FM Rainbow India and is also an English Newsreader on All India Radio
